Willy's is a local Providence RI sandwich shop that couldn't wait to unveil its exciting new menu. To capture the attention of both new and old patrons to the shop I designed and hand drew their large behind the counter chalkboard menu. A matching black and white paper copy of the menu sits on the counter for customers to take with them. The eye catching black, white, and green motif continues outside the restaurant utilizing contrast to grab the attention of passers by.

The aim of this packaging project was to redesign an existing product and transform it into a product you just had to buy at the grocery store. My typographic aim was to combine more typefaces than usually suggested and still make them work together. This project is published in Playing with Type by Lara McCormick, published by Rockport Press.
